How does billing work?
We charge via Stripe on a monthly or annual cadence. Annual saves you ~17% (two months free). You can switch tiers or cancel from the Manage subscription button on your billing dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then and can re-subscribe with one click.
What counts as a minute?
We bill on the audio duration of each finished transcription, rounded up to the nearest minute. A 90-second meeting counts as 2 minutes. Failed jobs are not billed.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No — your monthly pool resets on the first of each month. If you regularly run over, the next tier up is almost always cheaper than buying overages.
Refund policy?
First-time annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. Email billing@transkripsie.com to start a refund.
Discounts for non-profits or students?
Yes — we offer 50% off Pro and Business for verified non-profits and accredited students. Email sales@transkripsie.com with proof of status.
