Clear USD pricing for each resource pool.

Upload minutes and meeting-bot minutes are funded separately, so your meeting allowance cannot silently consume your upload allowance.

All prices are in US dollars, and you are billed in US dollars. If your card is in rand or another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add its own fee.

How the allowances work

Monthly plan prices are per user per month in US dollars; minute top-ups are one-time purchases. These are proposed launch prices while checkout is being prepared. Your checkout will show the total payable amount and any applicable tax before payment. Monthly allowances expire at the end of the paid billing period; the free trial is available once. Bot minutes include provider-billed waiting and meeting time, plus transcription. Purchased top-up minutes carry forward between billing periods. Minutes do not move between pools or users, and Business does not include pooled team seats. Team is the company plan: each person keeps their own minutes, the company pays per seat, and SSO stays on Enterprise. There are no automatic overage charges.

Source uploads are capped at 1 GiB and 100 records on the trial, 10 GiB and 1,000 records on Pro, and 30 GiB and 5,000 records on Business. The count includes source uploads until permanently purged. These are source-upload allowances; they do not describe a fixed retention period for bot media or derived files. See our privacy policy for retention information.

Generative AI uses a shared allowance for summaries, titles, translations and recording chat, including shared-link chat charged to the recording owner. The allowance is measured using a conservative provider-cost estimate: US$0.10 once for the trial, US$1 per UTC calendar month for Pro, and US$3 per UTC calendar month for Business. These are usage limits, not extra charges or cash credits. Requests reserve their estimated maximum cost and stop when that allowance or another request limit is reached; actual provider charges may be lower, and a specific number of summaries or chat responses is not guaranteed. Top-ups add minutes only and do not increase AI or storage allowances.
